Working principle of the lime silo dust collector
The principle of the lime silo dust collector. The dust collector for the silo generally consists of a fan, an upper shell, a connecting flange, and an electrical cabinet. The upper box contains dust bags and a dust removal frame. The dust bags and dust removal frame are installed on the ceiling and are the boundary between the clean gas and the dusty gas. Below the ceiling are the dust bags and dust removal frame, and above the ceiling are the blower pipes and pulse valves. The welded flange is welded to the concrete silo (or other powdery container) as a support point for the dust collector; the upper shell and the welded flange are sealed together with screws; the middle joint is sealed with sealant; when the screw conveyor feeds the powder machine, the pressure inside the silo is lower than atmospheric pressure, allowing the screw conveyor to operate normally. Top dust collector pulse back-blowing cleaning: When the high-speed back-blowing cyclone reaches the top of the filter bag, it blows into the filter bag to generate air waves, causing the filter bag to expand and vibrate from top to bottom, with obvious cleaning effect. Single pulse cleaning has a strong cleaning effect and can improve the filtration wind force. It is a very good cleaning method at present. The principle of the roof dust collector is that one end of the pulse valve is connected to the reduced air chamber, and the other end is connected to
The principle of the lime silo dust collector is that the dust collector generally consists of a fan, an upper shell, a connecting flange, and an electrical cabinet. The upper box contains dust bags and dust removal frames. The dust bags and dust removal frames are installed on the baffle plate, which is the boundary between the clean gas and the dusty gas. Below the baffle plate are dust bags and dust removal frames, and above the baffle plate are air blower pipes and pulse valves. The welded flange is welded to the concrete silo (or other powdery container) as a support point for the dust collector; the upper shell and the welded flange are hermetically sealed together with screws; the middle joint is sealed with sealant; when the screw conveyor feeds the powder machine, the pressure inside the silo is lower than atmospheric pressure, allowing the screw conveyor to operate normally. Top dust collector pulse back-blowing cleaning: When the high-speed back-blowing cyclone reaches the top of the filter bag, it blows into the filter bag to generate an air wave, causing the filter bag to expand and vibrate from top to bottom, with a significant cleaning effect. Single-pulse cleaning is highly effective, significantly improving filtration efficiency. It is currently a very good cleaning method. The principle of the roof dust collector is that one end of the pulse valve is connected to the small air chamber, and the other end is connected to the air blower pipe. The back pressure chamber of the pulse valve is connected to the pressure regulating valve, and the opening degree of the pressure regulating valve and the pulse valve is controlled by the pulse controller. When the control board signal is not output, the pressure regulating valve outlet is closed, and the pulse valve nozzle is closed; when the control board sends a signal, the outlet is opened, the back pressure of the pulse valve is reduced, a pressure difference is created across the valve plate, and the valve plate shifts due to the pressure difference, causing the pulse valve to open. At this time, the compressed air is sprayed from the air chamber through the pulse valve and the branch pipe of the boiler blowpipe (the gas sprayed from the boiler blowpipe is the primary air). When the high-pressure air guided by the guide vanes of the Venturi tube induces multiple times the surrounding air (called secondary air) into the filter bag, it causes a momentary positive pressure inside the filter bag, completing the cleaning. The principle of the cement silo top dust collector is very simple: when the cement silo is de-ashed, the dust is collected and discharged, and clean air is discharged, so that there is no negative pressure in the silo, reducing the storage pressure after ash storage. When the bulk cement pump truck transports granular materials to the silo, there is a certain pressure difference between the inside and outside of the concrete silo, and the gas is discharged from the silo to the outside. The filter cylinder is used to filter dust and purify the indoor air. When the screw conveyor feeds the conveying equipment, the pressure inside the silo is lower than the atmospheric pressure, causing air to be supplied from the atmosphere to the silo, allowing the screw conveyor to operate normally.
