An intelligent discharge control system for a large steel plate silo
Due to the use of a zoned cyclic system for unloading in the multi-lane steel plate warehouse automatic control system, the cycle time of each unloading port is stable. However, the unloading conditions of each zone are inconsistent, resulting in inconsistent unloading amounts within the same unloading period for each system zone. Ultimately, the material surface height after unloading is inconsistent. Over time, this can lead to uneven unloading of the steel plate warehouse, causing foundation settlement and safety hazards. When using manual valves for unloading in the overall inflation valve of each lane of the steel plate warehouse, the corresponding lane inflation valve should be opened according to the position of the manual valve in each lane. The above actual operations rely on manual judgment, easily leading to inconsistencies between the lane total inflation valve and the unloading port inflation valve, causing inter-turn problems in the Roots blower. In summary, the lack of interlocking between the material surface height and the unloading zone, and the lack of monitoring of the conversion of the total air supply valve for each lane, have resulted in uneven unloading and inter-turn problems in the Roots blower. Therefore, the use of a new intelligent automatic control system for unloading is necessary. The text clearly proposes this.
Due to the use of a zoned circulating system for unloading in the multi-lane steel plate warehouse automatic control system, the cycle time of each unloading port is stable. However, the unloading conditions of each zone are inconsistent, resulting in inconsistent unloading amounts within the same unloading period for each system zone. Finally, the material level height after unloading is inconsistent. Over time, this easily leads to uneven unloading of the steel plate warehouse, causing foundation settlement and safety hazards.
When unloading with the currently used manual valves for the overall inflation valves of each lane in the steel plate warehouse, the corresponding lane inflation valve should be opened according to the position of the manual valve of each lane. The above actual operations are all manually judged, and it is easy to cause inconsistencies between the lane total inflation valve and the unloading port inflation valve, leading to inter-turn problems with the Roots blower.
In summary, the lack of interlocking between the material level height and the unloading zone, and the lack of monitoring of the conversion of the total air supply valves for each lane, have resulted in uneven unloading and inter-turn problems with the Roots blower. Therefore, the adoption of a new intelligent unloading automatic control system is necessary.
This article proposes an intelligent unloading automatic control system for large steel plate warehouses to alleviate the problems caused by the lack of interlocking between the material level height and the unloading zone, and the lack of monitoring of the conversion of the total air supply valves for each lane, resulting in uneven unloading and inter-turn problems with the Roots blower, as mentioned in the design principles above.
When the intelligent unloading automatic control system is turned on, the unloading control cabinet first checks the height of the top radar level gauge. Based on the feedback from the top radar level gauge, the height of the level gauge in each zone is determined. The pneumatic electric butterfly valve corresponding to the higher height zone is opened, and the material is first unloaded from the higher height unloading port. The height is monitored in real time to achieve flat unloading and prevent foundation settlement caused by the zoned circulating system unloading; the Roots blower vent connects two total electric butterfly valves, which connect the air circuit pipeline and the secondary air circuit pipeline. The total electric butterfly valves control the air circuit of each lane. The butterfly valves prevent each unloading record from leaking air. The air circuit depends on the ash discharge amount. The unloading control cabinet controls the operation of the Roots blower, and then controls the opening of the corresponding total electric butterfly valve of the unloading zone, and then sequentially opens the corresponding total electric butterfly valve and pneumatic electric butterfly valve of the unloading zone to inflate the warehouse, balancing the internal and external pressure of the large steel plate warehouse. After inflation, unloading begins. When switching the total air circuit of each lane, pneumatic electric butterfly valves are used to prevent human errors during switching.
