The gasification rod is the key to the discharge of steel plate silos
Fluidizing bars, also known as vaporizing bars, are called gasification pipes in the steel silo industry. The design of the fluidizing bar facilitates daily maintenance and replacement, and facilitates the solution of ash blockage. The fluidizing bar homogenization system is crucial. It should be noted that during industrial construction, appropriate moisture-proof treatment must be carried out on steel silos. Three layers of moisture-proof treatment must be ensured. The chemical bar plays a homogenizing role. The gas discharged from the fluidizing bar is used for mixing, and under its action, when powdery granular materials are discharged downwards, it can cut the surface of the double-layer material to make it fully mixed. Using different types of fluidizing gas makes the parallel material surfaces in the steel silos have different fluidization expansion specifications. Some areas are homogenized and discharged, while some areas are fluidized, thus fluidizing the steel silos. The material surface is skewed, making the material homogenized and mixed in the axial direction to achieve smooth discharge.
