An intelligent discharge control system for a large steel plate silo

Because the multi-lane steel plate silo discharge control system adopts a partitioned disk cycle unloading method for each lane, the cycle time of each discharge port is stable, but the discharge situation of each partition is inconsistent. This leads to inconsistent unloading amounts within the same discharge time for each disk partition. After unloading stops, the material surface height is inconsistent. Over the long term, this easily causes uneven unloading of the steel plate silo, leading to foundation settlement and hidden dangers. When manually operating the overall inflation shut-off valves of each lane in the steel plate silo, the corresponding lane inflation shut-off valve needs to be opened according to the location of the manual valve of each lane. The above operation process relies on manual identification, easily leading to inconsistencies between the lane total inflation shut-off valve and the discharge port inflation gate valve, causing the air supply fan to jam. In general, because the material surface height and discharge partition are not managed, and the change of each lane's total supply valve is not managed, it leads to uneven unloading and fan jamming.

After stopping unloading, the material surface height is inconsistent. Over the long term, this easily causes uneven unloading of the steel plate silo, leading to ground subsidence and hidden dangers. In the case where the overall inflation shut-off valves of each lane of the steel plate silo currently use manual valves for unloading, the corresponding lane inflation shut-off valve needs to be opened according to the location of the manual valve of each lane for unloading. The above operation process is all based on manual identification, and it is easy to cause inconsistencies between the lane total inflation shut-off valve and the discharge port inflation gate valve, resulting in the jamming of the air supply fan. In general, because the material surface height and discharge partition have not been established, and the change of each lane's total supply valve has not been managed, it has led to uneven unloading and the formation of fan jamming. Therefore, it is very necessary to adopt a new intelligent discharge control system. The original text clearly points out an intelligent discharge control system for a large steel plate silo to alleviate the problems caused by the lack of establishment of material surface height and discharge partitions, and the lack of management of the change of each lane's total supply valve, leading to uneven unloading and fan jamming. When the intelligent discharge control system is turned on, the discharge control box detects the height of the top radar level gauge. Based on the height information and suggestions from the top radar level gauge, the height of the level gauge in each partition is determined. The inflation electric butterfly valve corresponding to the highest height disk partition is opened to discharge from the highest height discharge port first, and the height is intelligently monitored to achieve even unloading of the material surface and avoid ground subsidence caused by the cycle unloading of each disk partition; the fan ventilation hole is connected to two total electric butterfly valves, and the two total electric butterfly valves are connected to the air supply pipe and the secondary air supply pipe. The total electric butterfly valve controls the air supply of each lane, and the sub-valve controls the air supply of each discharge port. The air supply is related to the ash discharge amount. The discharge control box controls the operation of the fan, and then controls the opening of the total electric butterfly valve corresponding to the discharge disk partition, thereby sequentially opening the corresponding total electric butterfly valve and inflation electric butterfly valve of the discharge partition, inflating the cargo position, balancing the tire pressure standard inside and outside the large steel plate silo, and starting the discharge after inflation. When changing the total air supply of each lane, the inflation electric butterfly valve is used to change, avoiding errors caused by manual changes.
