Working principle of the lime silo dust collector

The principle of the dust collector for the lime storage silo is as follows: the grinding workbench of the ash silo is generally composed of a centrifugal fan, an upper shell, a connecting flange, and an electric control box. The upper box contains dust bags and dust removal frames. The dust bags and dust removal frames are installed on the baffle plate, which is the boundary between the gas to be cleaned and the dusty gas. Below the baffle plate are dust bags and dust removal frames, and above the baffle plate are electric blowers and pulse valves. The welded flange plates and cement steel plate silos (or other powder containers) are welded together to serve as the fulcrum of the dust collector; the upper shell and the welded flange plates are hermetically connected together with screws; the intermediate interface is hermetically sealed with sealant; when the screw conveyor feeds the powder machine, the pressure inside the silo is less than the atmospheric pressure, allowing the screw conveyor to operate normally. Top dust collector pulse back-blowing cleaning: When the high-speed back-blowing airflow reaches the top of the filter bag, it blows into the filter bag, creating an air wave that causes the filter bag to expand and vibrate from top to bottom, achieving a significant dust removal effect. The pulse cleaning effect is strong, and the dust removal effect is good.

The dust bags and dust removal frame are installed on the baffle plate, which is the boundary between the cleaned gas and the dusty gas. Below the baffle plate are the dust bags and dust removal frame, and above the baffle plate are the blower pipe and pulse valve. The flange plates are welded to the cement steel plate silo (or other powder container) to serve as the fulcrum of the dust collector; the upper shell and the welded flange plates are hermetically connected together with screws; the intermediate interface is sealed with sealant; when the screw feeder feeds the powder, the pressure inside the silo is less than the atmospheric pressure, allowing the screw feeder to operate normally. Top dust collector pulse back-blowing cleaning: When the high-speed back-blowing airflow hits the top of the filter bag, it creates an air wave inside the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand and vibrate from top to bottom, achieving a significant cleaning effect. The pulse cleaning effect is strong, the cleaning effect is significant, and it can improve the filtration wind speed. Currently, it is a very good cleaning method. The working principle of the roof dust collector is that one end of the pulse valve is connected to a small air chamber, and the other end is connected to the blower pipe. The back pressure chamber of the pulse valve is connected to the pressure reducing valve, and the opening degree of the pressure reducing valve and the pulse valve is controlled by the pulse controller. When the controller receives a signal, the pressure reducing valve exhaust port closes, and the pulse valve nozzle closes; when the controller sends a signal, the control exhaust port opens, the back pressure in the pulse valve chamber decreases, causing a pressure difference on both sides of the pump casing, causing the pump casing to be displaced due to the pressure difference, and the pulse valve is blown. At this time, the compressed gas is ejected from the air chamber through the pulse valve and the riser of the furnace (the gas ejected from the furnace is the primary gas). When the high-pressure gas guided by the guide vane of the Venturi tube causes several times the surrounding gas (called secondary gas) to enter the filter bag, it creates a momentary positive pressure inside the filter bag, performing cleaning. The basic concept of the cement silo top dust collector is relatively simple, that is, when the cement silo is de-dusted, the dust is collected and clean air is discharged, so that there is no negative pressure in the silo, reducing the storage pressure after ash storage. When the bulk cement truck transports granular feed to the steel plate silo, there is a certain pressure difference between the inside and outside of the concrete steel plate silo, and the gas is discharged from the steel plate silo to the outside. The filter cartridge is used to filter dust and purify the air. When the screw feeder is used for feeding, the pressure inside the silo is less than the atmospheric pressure, allowing gas to enter the silo from the atmosphere, allowing the screw feeder to operate normally.
