Stainless steel silo suppliers classification and product introduction
Upstream of semiconductor equipment manufacturers and wafer fabs, manufacturers will purchase some lower integration components, as well as equipment modules and systems. Global component supply has encountered bottlenecks, and domestic semiconductor manufacturers such as actively introduce domestically produced components (see figure below). From the perspective of the domestic semiconductor industry chain, especially in the chip field, not many have entered Apple's supply chain. For example, in the field of core mobile phone chips, on the one hand, Apple self-researches some chips, and on the other hand, the main chip suppliers are European and American manufacturers. In Apple's consumer electronics products, domestic chip suppliers include , , and others. In the packaging and testing field, there are Changdian Technology, Jingfang Technology, and Huaxu Electronics providing SIP packaging for Apple. The operating models of the industry in which the company is located mainly include the industry chain supply model and (consignment) business cooperation model. Under the industry chain supply model, the company mainly designs and develops precision electronic components with some terminal brand manufacturers and component manufacturers, and supplies products to component manufacturers; under the business model, suppliers need to supply goods no less than standard inventory to customers according to the contract, and customers use them from the inventory.

Semiconductor equipment and material manufacturers are expected to continue to benefit from the effect of domestic substitution and counter-cyclical construction of production lines, and the prosperity is expected to continue in the second half of the year. Recently, affected by the US Chips and Science Act and EDA control, this logic has been further strengthened. Although the relevant acts only impose restrictions on the advanced process-related industry chain, it will further enhance domestic manufacturers' attention to the supply chain.
Representatives from leading domestic equipment manufacturers reported on the development of domestic equipment enterprises last year and in the first half of this year, and shared relevant data. From the perspective of orders, the overall outlook remains optimistic until next year. In recent years, domestic support for the equipment industry has increased significantly, and many domestic equipment enterprises have developed well thanks to this favorable wind. However, from a global perspective, the share of domestic equipment is still very low. Regarding the recent problems in the supply chain, equipment manufacturers have also expressed a certain degree of concern, and key components remain a bottleneck in the development and supply of complete machines. Localization of components has two meanings: on the one hand, it is achieved through the efforts of domestic manufacturers to replace imported products; on the other hand, attracting foreign manufacturers to invest and build factories in China is also a way to achieve localization. Strengthening the domestic supply chain through various means is an inevitable path.
The director of electronic and electrical equipment supply chain at Ideal Auto once complained at an industry conference in May. However, he also mentioned that the supply and demand situation of chips this year has slightly improved compared to last year.
